What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed.

How do I cancel my order?

You can contact us at sales@shopswiftrecovery.com, and we will be able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.

My product arrived, but it is damaged. What should I do?

We are so sorry if this happens. Get in touch with us, and we will ship you a replacement as soon as possible. All we need is your order number, delivery address, and a photo and description of the damaged product.

My order says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

The first step is to check with your local courier to verify that they made the final delivery. You should be able to locate your package using the tracking number provided in the shipping email. If you need additional help, please let us know.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We accept refunds / exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered.
